Our Story

Hello, my name is Mayur Beladiya, and I am the founder of ProfitPilot. Our software is designed specifically for e-commerce sellers to help them manage their accounting comprehensively and efficiently.

Our Vision

My vision is to support e-commerce sellers in India who often face losses due to inadequate accounting practices. I want to provide a tool that not only helps sellers focus on their sales but also ensures accurate accounting. I believe that with the right tools and technology, every seller can achieve profitability and avoid unnecessary losses.

Our Journey

I am based in Surat, Gujarat, India. After completing my schooling in 2003, I began my career as a textile designer, working for 9 years. Following this, I started my own company, MatruChhaya, which supplies textiles in bulk to various cities in India, including Kolkata, Mumbai, and Bangalore. In 2021, we expanded our business by launching an e-commerce website to sell our textiles.

Identifying the Problem

During my journey, I noticed that 70+ out of 100 e-commerce businesses close within 1-2 or 3 years due to financial losses. To understand this issue better, I met with over 40+ e-commerce sellers. Despite numerous discussions, I found that many sellers only focused on orders and bank payments, realizing the losses too late when their business was already in trouble.

Developing the Solution

To address this challenge, I dedicated significant time and effort to develop a comprehensive accounting solution. After personally managing orders, payments, and returns, I created a fully automated software system called 'ProfitPilot.' My background in coding and mathematics, combined with my interest in technology, enabled me to develop this software, which helps sellers accurately track their financial data and avoid losses while maximizing profits.

Our Commitment

I am committed to bringing this software to as many sellers as possible. My mission is to ensure that no seller or business owner suffers losses due to the lack of an accounting tool for e-commerce marketplaces because I believe that a business owner or seller’s job is not to sit and handle accounting. Their focus should be on other aspects of their business, such as production, team development, new ideas, and sales. By creating ProfitPilot, I aim to take care of all their accounting work effortlessly, allowing them to manage their company from anywhere in the world. This is why I am also working on a new SaaS-based solution with advanced features. This new software will be launched in the market soon, continuing our mission to help e-commerce sellers succeed and thrive.
